This warranty is a commitment from Barifi to the original purchaser. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

What is covered

Every Norvane Dry Boxer Brief is covered against manufacturing defects: a seam that opens, an absorbent panel that comes loose, a waistband that loses its elastic, or a fabric fault present on delivery.

How long

Defects are covered for 30 days from delivery, the same period as our return window. Within that period you can also return the order for a refund of the purchase price, as set out in our Refund policy.

What we do if it happens

We replace the defective pairs at no charge, including shipping, or refund them if you prefer. You do not need to return a defective item before we act.

Reasonable care

Machine wash with your other clothes and hang to dry. Skip fabric softener, which coats the absorbent panel and makes it absorb less. The warranty excludes damage caused by bleach, very hot tumble drying or deliberate alteration.

How to make a claim

Email the address in the footer with your order number and a photograph of the defect. We reply within 2 business days and confirm the replacement or refund. No form and no registration are required.
