Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at the weekend are prepared the following business day.

Delivery times

United States: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch. Canada and Europe: 7 to 18 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees; customs and carrier delays can extend them.

Shipping cost

The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment. No charge is added after you place the order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate.

Undeliverable or lost parcels

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable we contact you to arrange a new shipment or a refund. A parcel that has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch is treated as lost and is replaced or refunded.

Address errors

Tell us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. We can correct it before dispatch at no cost.
